Returned a package
Returned a package. It takes like 14 days to send it back to Denmark. Should have a return-department in Norway. It will take 3-4 weeks before you get your money back.
Funny: It took 4 days from 2trendy to my post office when I ordered.

Bad quality and almost impossible to file a complaint
The sweaters were pilling and damaged. Another sweater already had a hole after wearing it just once. Yet another sweater was completely stretched out after washing it just once. Poor quality, and the website is designed in such a way that you can't find how to file a complaint. I won't be ordering from them again.

Courier messed up, customer service will not help
Placed an order for about more then €250,-
The package was just dumped at the door of our house in a verry bad shape, a lot of items missing. I contacted the company. They started a claim at the courier. The result of that claim is hilarious. The courier said that I helped carrying the order… I helped carrying a box of what 200gr?? Because of the courier declared something completely false, the company does nothing. This is called the best customer service ever. We are more then a month after the alleged delivery, still no solition. I did sent the cctv footage from out house the company to prove that the delivery guy just dumped the package at our house and that I did not helped cargying. Waiting to dee what they respond…

The greatest trousers I have experienced, I walk even betterwith them and they look great. The brand is Only & Sons that I like so much, so I decided to buy a blazer as well from them and it is also the best one I have ever tried!
Also the return of not desoired clothes was very easy to do - for me 2Trendy deserves the 5 Stars!

Courier lost my package and insists that it has been delivered, 2 trendy's customer services cannot be bothered, neither a refund nor a re-send of the package is on the horizon... They just repeat what the delivery company says... Won't order ever again.

I ordered five pairs of pants from 2Trendy (NL) and I’m genuinely impressed. The fit is spot on, the materials feel great, and overall, they’re super comfortable. Measurements were accurate, and I really appreciate the styling and consistency.
The only small suggestion I’d offer is about the length options, it would be fantastic if they were available in 1-inch increments. I bought a 34x30, which is good, but a 34x31 would’ve been perfect.
Still, great experience shopping here. I’d definitely recommend 2Trendy to anyone looking for reliable sizing and quality clothing!
