Order not delivered
Order not delivered. After placing my order 2 weeks went by and tracking showed it was stuck in Customs and they had contacted shipper. Called 123 and they knew nothing about it. Several days went by and I finally received an email the appropriate paperwork was sent to their shipper for customs release. I have now emailed has it has been 4 weeks and my order is still stuck in customs. I feel I will have to fight for a refund given they don't respond very well.

I purchased a product because the website listed it, it showed a crack of some kind, and it arrived with a longitudinal cut that made it unsuitable for the application.
The company dismissed the question with a smug tone, saying, "This type of bushing always has a crack." However, it's not the customer's responsibility to imagine or guess what the product looks like. The seller must describe it accurately and completely, so that the customer has all the information they need to choose the right product.
A reputable company would have already apologized (updated the website) and refunded the product. Evidently, they aren't.

In effetti il tipo di boccole (PAP) da lei ordinato hanno sempre una scanalatura in modo tale da poter facilitare il montaggio.
