Long waiting time only to find out they dont have requested key, and only after i submited complain. First time it happened to me in digital key store, waste of time.

It just works. I got the game code immediately and was able to activate the game on steam.

If i knew i would have to wait until the next day to have my order "reviewed" I would have just spent the extra 10 bucks to paly it instantly and get it from steam.

Be careful when purchasing from this site because they hide additional fees that are not clearly shown on the final checkout page.
On most other websites, the last payment page clearly displays the product price, any service fees, and the exchange rate charges (if applicable). Here, however, you only see the product price. As a result, buyers may assume that this is the final amount, only to discover after payment that extra fees and currency conversion charges have been added without any clear warning.
You should also be aware that WinGameStore operates exclusively in USD. If you pay in another currency, you will also be charged currency conversion fees. Unfortunately, this is not presented transparently during checkout.
For example, if a game costs €5 on sale on Steam and WinGameStore advertises it for €3, it may seem like a better deal. However, after the hidden fees and exchange rate charges are added, you could end up paying €6 or more. In that case, what is the point of buying it from WinGameStore?
I do not question the legitimacy of their game keys, but their lack of pricing transparency deserves negative feedback. Customers should be shown the full amount they are expected to pay before completing their purchase. What did Wingamestore gain from all of this? Absolutely nothing. They refunded the product credit , lost a customer, and received a negative review in return. That's all they accomplished. Ridiculous management.
