The worst casino
The worst casino – don’t be fooled!
I played at this casino and won €2,000. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, they refused. They claimed that I was not allowed to play from my country — yet they had no problem accepting my deposits.
As soon as it came to paying out my winnings, suddenly there were “issues.” If I had lost, I’m sure they wouldn’t have said anything. But because I won, they are now saying I wasn’t allowed to play from that country.
Scammers! Do not trust them!

They are absolute scammers
They are absolute scammers. Before I started playing, I spoke with their live support and asked if I could use a VPN and if I would have any problems in case I accidentally won. They confirmed that there would be no issues, saying "You're welcome to deposit." So I deposited £100.
From that £100, I won £2,000. When I tried to withdraw, it kept showing "pending, pending, pending," and eventually the results were rejected. Then they started asking for an excessive amount of private documents, which I wasn’t sure I could safely send. Still, I sent them, hoping they would release my money.
They reviewed everything for a week, and after that, they said: "Unfortunately, since you are a player from the United Kingdom, you cannot receive your winnings; we can only return your deposit." But if I had lost, there would have been no issues.
They are complete fraudsters, absolute scammers. I am now consulting with lawyers to see what can be done about this terrible scam.

First what ppl should know is that I'm not writing this review because I won a bunch of money at this casino and I'm in that "happy winning mood." I actually haven't won much lately.
*****HOWEVER, I needed to post this out of fairness and in comparison to a few other casinos out there.
Although this casino seems to glitch a bit in the way it wants me to reload at times (probably my phones fault, not the casino), when I am playing their slots or playing my bonus money or free spins, I have never had any problems with FAIRNESS of the actual game.
I have played at a lot of other casinos online and one in particular (we won't mention names. You know who you are based on my other Trust Pilot reviews on them), I have had serious fairness issues multiple times with them and have stopped playing there completely.
Wild.io Casino has proven to me that whether I'm winning OR losing, that they are quite fair and that their customer service reps don't play dumb in chats when asking ANY questions (another major issue at the other casino mentioned above).
To be honest I have never seen any game glitch when I'm in a bonus round or using bonus money and I suddenly hit a decent win. It doesn't stop my screen and say "network error" or any other bs like at the other casino above. It simply pays me FAIR AND SQUARE!!!
This is one of the plethora of reasons I stopped playing at the other big casino. Basically the more money I WON FAIR AND SQUARE on more than one occasion using a bonus and supposed to be paid to me= MORE PROBLEMS.
I APPRECIATE THE FAIRNESS MORE THAN ANYTHING WHEN IT COMES TO PLAYING AT ONLINE CASINOS AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATE THE HONESTY HERE AT WILD.IO CASINO!!!!
