Very easy to arrange the blood sample locally and the report analysing the results came after only a few days. Clear explanations. I had a question which was answered shortly afterwards. A good service.

Everything was great except…
Everything was great except the ability to give them information. I was having my hormones checked and they gave very obvious options to log obvious situations. However, my situation was not an obvious one and therefore I had no way of giving my full information or medical situation, which meant I didn't get an accurate response from the doctor.

I visited the lab in the morning, and they handled the test right away with little wait time and no complications. The results were ready within five days, and the report clearly outlined both the findings and the doctor’s notes / comments.

Reports are very clear
Reports are very clear. It is good that we can see history and how things have moved. It is easy to register, find a lab and get tested. Results are quick and easy to reach via phone or computer. We can log in anytime and look at the results which is also good. My lab experience could have been better. I was injected three times to get 3 tubes of blood and it hurt for days after. It was the lab in solna centrum (karolinska).

The first nurse who attended to me is unskill and unprofessional. She did not know how to correctly insert a needle and caused me alot of pain. After trying multiple times she still couldn't get the needle rightly injected into a vein. She was stressed herself when she could not do her job but instead she kept asking me if I was stressed which is very annoying.

Poor product for the price
Think twice before ordering from these people. Subpar experience compared to other available health check companies and extremely poor customer service as well. An overall underwhelming experience for the price.
