pleasant stay in a spacious apartment
It was helpful that we had contacted Lorris, the apartment caretaker, before our departure, so we were well-informed. He was friendly and patient, and made every effort to ensure everything went smoothly. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, the owner hadn't reserved enough space in the closets for our belongings. Lorris did a great job of ensuring we got that space. Unfortunately, the beds in the apartment are a bit narrow. The guest bed had a significant dip. The cleanliness could also be improved. However, it is a comfortable place to stay. It's bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. And it doesn't get too hot when the temperature rises above 30 degrees Celsius. Another advantage is that you're located on a kind of enclosed alleyway, where you can easily store your bikes.

The communication with Lorris was effective. He provided us with a clear direction to have access to the apartment. We had an issue with the ventilators and he replaced them with two new fans despite it being a day off followed by weekend. Very much appreciated.

Booking cancelled at last minute
Bizzare working with 3 entities when making a simple booking, booking.com, Welkeys.com, swikly.com
Family of six with little children, booked a residence in Bordeaux via booking.com, after completing payment with booking.com, I started recieving mail from Welkleys regarding guaranty deposit (2000euro), I thought it was a scam, I googled to check if welkleys is a trusted company, I called welkleys helpdesk and asked them more details about such deposit and what would happen if I had no such amount on my bank account, I told them that I wasn't happy with such a huge deposit but it was too late to cancel my booking. I followed procedures and filled in my credit card info and deposited the requested deposit (2000 EURO), and also paid 95 EURO insurance cost from another external insurer (swikly.com) in case of demage then I can get my 2000 EURO back.
I traveled from Brussels to Bordeaux (9 hours), I arrived at the residence to check in (arround 19h00 PM very tired), called Welkeys to give access code to enter the residence, Welkeys told me me that my booking has been canceled by booking.com, I tried to call booking.com to no avail, all phone numbers are fake/not working, checked my mails and noticed that my booking.com has sent me a mail saying that the renter (Welkley.com) has cancelled my booking (just an hour ago before my arrival). I had to search for another residence as soon as I can as we can, with tired children, after travelling so long.
When I read other reviews above, I am happy that my booking was canceled because I risked loosing my 2000 euro's. Please I advise you to be careful when making bookings, avoid WELKLEY even if they residences are cheap, WELKLEYS abuses clients and I hope consumerism organisations could take necessary measure to fix this. Please take time to check renter's review before making booking with booking.com.

The room was clean
The room was clean, the service was great. The location is easy access to almost every tourist spots in Paris. I would def recommend to stay at this apartment, overall 10/10!!

A safe and homey place to stay.

The apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen also has all kitchenwares, so you will enjoy cooking. It is close to M1 line, you can get there in 3 minutes. Hacene, their concierge, provided good service and arranged our check-in ahead of the time.

Fanny’s apartment Biarritz
We stayed at Fanny’s wonderful apartment in Biarritz that is very close to all amenities, a big supermarket, a lovely bakery, all the restaurants and the main beach. The apartment was perfect for our family of four. Clean, pretty. In fact, the photos didn’t do it justice. And the sunsets from the balcony did the heart good!

Paris Stay
Paris Stay. We stayed in an apartment in Paris from July 24-29. We were helped by Hacene. He did everything we could have asked including arriving an hour early for check in and even helped carry some luggage up the very steep 5 floors of stairs. He showed us everything we needed and made sure we knew how to operate the keys. He also responded promptly when we checked out.

Stay at apartment in Rue Tandou
The apartment was clean, well decorated and in a nice location. Hacene was a great host and I personally had a great stay. Would recommend and I'll probably reach them next time I'm in Paris!

Had a very nice stay in Paris in a perfect location, close to everything. A spacious appartment filled with art. We were able to check in early, which was important travelling with elder family. Hacene welcomed us nicely in the appartment and explained how things worked.

Nous avons séjourné en famille pendant 3 nuits dans cet appartement situé dans le Marais, et l’expérience a été excellente. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait — au cœur de Paris, avec tout à proximité, idéal pour explorer la ville à pied. La communication avec l’hôte a été rapide et attentionnée du début à la fin, ce qui nous a rassurés.
