Friendly, helpful staff
I called staff to ask if I could pick up rather than have items delivered as I live very close to the warehoos and the staff member I spoke with was very kind and helped me with getting my items without having to do a delivery on the big truck. I will definitely buy from them again!

Went out of his way
I was in a jam and a young gentleman (Sam) helped me get some building material for my project asap. I was stuck and it was Friday night and everything was closed until Monday. Sam went beyond your normal CSR and delivered the product to me on Saturday morning on his own time! Way beyond expectation. Would never have expected that (nor should anyone). Blown away. Returning for sure. A+

glad I found warehoos..
I was looking for a specific metal roof underlayment and was having trouble sourcing it in Canada. I happened across warehoos advertising the product at less than half the price of Amazon (the only other option I had found) and a very reasonable shipping rate from British Columbia to Ontario. Only 4 days time from ordering to arriving at my door. I'm very pleased.
