Purchase of the Bluey Apple and Strawberry fruit rolls

Bought these based upon the details and image on the box. Wished I hadn't as these looked to be similar to the other fruit winders.
The box image gives the impression these are a wide rolled fruit sweet. What you get is a 3mm wide skinny strip that bares no resemblance to the image.
Seriously lacking in flavour that taste very artificial even though the ingredients list apple (80%) and strawberry (20%) as the only two ingredient.
Won't be buying again

Ordered back on the 19th march. I’m still waiting on my order. Honestly if I had known the customer service was this horrible I would have never bought. I have emailed them several times asking for updates on my order and I have received no response back yet. Asked my bank for a refund and they are now disputing it. I have never received these items nor will I be trying to purchase from these people again.

I placed my order 15 days ago and I did not receive a tracking number so far.
I have emailed them a week ago - no answer.
Still waiting.

Ordered a product on the 7th February, claimed it has been sent out on has a tracking number for Royal Mail but it still says “we’re expecting it”. Contacted 3 times and no response. Don’t bother ordering from this site. I will continue to order items from candymail.co.uk. Contacted about a refund and no response.

All products came well packaged but it took 4 weeks to arrive

They sent me the complete wrong item. I have tried to contact them three times with no response to arrange rhe correct item being sent. Terrible company

Packaging was very good, products design was awesome but the chocolate itself wasn't my cup of tea.

Had an obscure product I needed, literally nowhere else was selling it for an even slightly comparable price. Was still a bit expensive, but I was extremely satisfied I could get it for the price offered at all. Super fast delivery time, will likely order from again.

The order took a while to arrive, but I put that down to it being Christmas. However, there was an item missing from my order and I've contacted them twice about this and still haven't been refunded for the missing item.

I paid for 10 bars of chocolate as Christmas presents as it's the chocolate you cannot buy in the shops. However, they arrived on the 13th December with 5 of them having a best before date of 16th December which is very poor! I have emailed for a return/refund and will update my review if this is resolved. Please note, nowhere said these were short dated otherwise I wouldn't have spent £7.50 on them, I just wouldn't have bought them full stop. FIrst time ordering and unfortunately, will be the last if I do not get a refund.

Good variety to choose from. Items were delivered quickly and packaged up carefully.

It took over three weeks for the item to arrive. I had emailed the company to find out where my delivery was. I had no response from them. When I went on the app to try and track where the items where. This was not available for me. I did eventually receive the items. I am not satisfied how long it took to get delivered and lack of customer service.

Missing half my order and no communication at all. Once this is sorted I would reconsider but stay far away from this company as so far I have only been scammed

Company did not fulfill the complete order and kept my full payment.

Company does not respond to any correspondence despite repeated attempts to resolve situation.

Items that were sent were very poorly packaged.

I’ve received an order and the product was not well packed, two bars of chocolates were broken. The box was too big for the product I ordered, and there was no additional packaging inside. I have not received a response to the email I sent with attached photos.

Beautiful drink. I ordered 6 bottles but the packaging was really poor. 2 of the bottles were broken and the whole box was soaking wet and leaking. Postman said there should've been a label attached to say there was liquid and breakables inside.

Very poor communication. Three emails send, first regarding failure to delivery ‘next day’ as stated, following two regarding lines missing from delivery. No replies received. Still awaiting refund on missing lines.
Items that did arrive came poorly packaged and some damaged.
Will not be ordering again.
