This company treated my package so badly and up to now the package did not able to reach the destination since October 2019. I have emailed this company but the response that it is my responsibility to follow up since there's a big time difference . In the first place why they take my package and charge me with big amount of fees if they already know that they can't make a good service to their customer. This is unreliable company and not trustworthy of the services offered to the customer. This is my first ever bad experience of sending a package.
