Easy to order, not really sure what language they speak as I received one email being written in Danish, I think…
But orders are always procesed very fast, I have always received what I ordered, without any issues.
I haven’t done any returns therefore I can’t say how they proceed in these cases. Otherwise it is a nice shop, with beautiful and high quality products :)

It turned out they dont have the product anymore what I ordered, but it’s still on the webhop.
The refund process is long, and the store is not very flexible.
