Ring Twice Reviews 

Dear E, I have a bad experience with Ring Twice. There have been supposedly specialists to make my chauffage, namely KI HALUK. After the repair, there was a leak, and I contacted HALUK several times, but they refused to come. Ik kreeg ook geen factuur DOE RING TWICE ZEKER NIET !

This is a good plate farm for us we choos job with our skills and the dreem work i like this app and i am using this for my extra work some time its help me to be more social also by giving me nice client and i provide my services behalf of this app thats all possible because of you thank you Ringtwise 🥰

Do not use this service. I hired someone to move a couch up the stairs to my apartment and they smashed two hallway windows on the way. My landlord gave me a quote of about 700 eur to repair it. Ringtwice is supposed to have insurance, but they rejected this claim. They gave me only 25 eur in credit as if I’d ever use this service again. What am I supposed to do with a 25 eur credit? This whole reconciliation process took over 3 months.

Ring twice provides a very good service ! Really.

Quite disappointed about the app fee after wanting to accept an offer from a provider - RingTwice did not disclose this to begin with. Feels like a hidden fee + I don’t understand why I should be paying a ‘subscription’ style amount (up to €40) for wanting to purchase one single service. We didn’t go through with the offers we received.

The customer service reacted rapidly to my concern. They contacted that plumber. In the end, that plumber refunded 60euro in total to my personal account. I appreciate that RingTwice values the reviews of their customers and will consider to use Ring Twice again in the future. Hopefully next time will be better.

1st time I used this website to hire a plumber and this experience is bad!

This plumber initially offered me a very low hourly rate (€21/hr) and confirmed his availability. I chose his offer based on that clear agreement. At some point later (without my knowledge), the rate on the website was changed to €70 per visit. The website didn’t send a notification of changing price!!!! (Neither the plumber. I have proof)
We called him to say this was unacceptable. In the end, he agreed to reduce the fee to €40 (he transferred 30€ to us privately), but with the added admin fee we still ended up paying €54 for a short 20-minute visit — which left us frustrated and ruined our evening.

This experience completely damaged our trust in both the plumber and RingTwice. I honestly don’t know whether his good reviews are real or not. Terrible experience — never again.

I was scammed by Yassin/RingTwice. A technician claims he's been at my apartment but never showed up and took the money out of my account claiming that he finished the job. This is fraud.

Thanks to Ring Twice, I found a trustable service provider who comes to clean my house every two weeks. It’s a real relief to have someone reliable and efficient, making my life so much easier. The platform is super easy to use, and I appreciate the transparent reviews that helped me choose the right person. Communication was smooth, and I love that I can directly book and pay through the website. I highly recommend Ring Twice to anyone looking for quality services with peace of mind!

Be Careful

Withdrawn Money from Customer’s account without her/his permission is illegal and it is counted as Fraud.
I have paid 39,99 euros in March 2024 for three months and then I did not want to continue after the first 3 months. Few days ago, I found out that Ring Twice has withdrawn 39,99 euros from my account without my consent for the next three months. I did not give Ring Twice the permission to withdraw money from my account automatically, this is illegal. Few days prior to the expiration date, Ring Twice has to send the customer and email and ask if they want to renew the formula, but they don’t send any emails asking that. Ring Twice receives multiple calls every day regarding this issue, but still does not do anything for it because this is how they earn money. If Ring Twice really cares about their customers, they would change this as soon as possible after receiving a lot of complains.

I’ve been using Ring Twice for a bunch of services and I subscribed to the membership as well.
Recently the cleaning lady cancelled 1 day before the service and I needed that for the house that I’ll be moving in, within 2 days.
Unfortunately now I have to cancel all my meetings and take the day off because I can’t arrange another person in 1 day.

I understand that there could be emergencies, but Ring Twice doesn’t provide any protection or solution for the customer.

I’m frustrated.

While I was satisfied with the work of the professional I cannot say the same about the application. The fees charged to the professional and to the client are not only high (in my case some 90€ all together), but they are hidden, until the end, where they pop up as surprise. This is not an honest and transparent service. Hope to avoid using this app in the future.

Failed to take actions against service providers who violate their policies and guidelines.

Some of the platforms service providers are not safe to be around and try to manipulate the platform to ask for more money while having access to the users personal details such as address and phone number.

I payed for another year (till 25 02 2025) for your services (89,99€). Deactivation "by coincidence" means now i cant use your services anymore or i had "to pay again". This is unacceptable.
What are you going to do about it?

Application interessante mais service client en cas de problème technique difficile à joindre. Je paie un.abonnement formule ring twice que je ne peux pas utiliser! Dommage.

They attract you to offer your services saying "it's free", and then after creating an account and giving all your information, they say it's 349€/year. And it's still completely obscure if I ask X €, how much I will get and how much the client will pay! They are completely delibertely untransparent and I HATE that!

Update: They say that the price information is given on this link below, but IT IS NOT!!!

It is a broker platform where the money has been collected from both the customer (management costs or subscription costs) and service provider (5% for getting the customer) which is odd unlike other platforms.

Ringtwice sends emails to the customer to pay the money without a deadline and warns you to pay it immediately or else legal action will be taken within few days.

I am going for the 2 star just for the guarantee they give with the service provider.
