Cannot keep time- on both our outward trip to St. Moritz and return to Chur,
they lost time waiting for an oncoming train. Uncomfortable seats, far too narrow when the train is crowded, which is much of the time.
On July 18, 2026, I parked at Versam train station (managed by Rätische Bahn) and paid for a valid 4 CHF ticket at the machine. Despite this, Securitas sent me a 'Umtriebsentschädigung' fine of 40 CHF, claiming the ticket wasn’t visible in their photo.
I’ve provided proof of my valid ticket twice, but Securitas refuses to cancel the fee. Rätische Bahn referred me back to Securitas.
Why 40 CHF for a 4 CHF ticket and why do I have to pay both Raetische Bahn and Securitas? This seems excessive and unfair. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to dispute it?
Their website for seat reservations doesn’t work. After wasted 3 days constantly trying to make seat reservations website, each time it hung after selecting seat. Eventually called their customer service. Was on hole for 30 mins. Finally reached someone, made the seat booking. Received confirmation email, but the confirmation is for someone else’s booking. I emailed them back about the wrong booking confirmation was sent twice, they never responds.
What a great Bahn. Almost always on time. Friendly staff. Great history.
Horrible Experience with RHB Customer service
I spent 165 in CFH for a 5 day pass to travel on the the NEW UNESCO site. Tirano - Thus railways.
Going there from London require a lot of organizzazione and planning.
The day 18-5-2023 the service was interrupted by an allegedly spillage of oil from the RHB. I remind this on a UNESCO site.
I contact RHB customer service for 10 time for compensation and partial refund of my 165 CHF (you can travel nearly to New your with money) and I never received any answer
Please avoid to use this FAT COW of money maker rather is RHB Tirano - St.MAURIZIO.
They take your money and that’s its. Virtually no customer service.
