Wrong items shipped/ no refund / got a refund
I ordered NON Stick Angel food pans. one and one half pans were delivered, all pieces NON-STICK.
RS sent back an email stating that “non-stick” was mentioned 17 times. False, I was searching for a non-stick pan. It is now mentioned “1” time in the description.
I wrote this review, which I have now edited.
RS gave me a refund of what I was charged. RS told me to keep the 1 1/2 incorrect items.
I still suggest if you deal with RS, copy and paste the description of what you wish to purchase, keep written track of everything.
If the received item(s) is incorrect, do not give up. You can get a refund.

Such a joke of a company. My mom ordered some products from them, and unfortunately the product did not work out. Not only did they not accept the return, but when asked to leave a review, my mom was honest with the review. Instead of asking my mom how they could improve, the guy on the phone asked to change her review because it would affect their “end of the year bonus”. Absolute joke. I HIGHLY recommend to not use this company if you’re a restaurant, food vendor, or need any restaurant supplies. please look at all other companies.

What a bad experience. they left the cooler outside the door.. and has no service for installation.. they charged 70$ extra & no support..
