Remotes Remade saved the day for our restaurant!

Someone accidentally threw away the remote for our old Daikin HVAC blower, which can only be operated by remote control. When we contacted our HVAC company, they told us a replacement remote would cost nearly $500!
By the grace of G-d, I found Remotes Remade. I searched for our model number, and there it was. But what really impressed me was their process. They require you to send a photo of the actual model number from your unit before they ship anything. These people are not messing around—they want to make absolutely sure you get the correct remote, no ifs, ands, or buts.
To make things even better, they shipped it via 2-day delivery, and it actually arrived in two days. It worked right out of the box. With the heat and humidity we've been having, it truly saved the day.

Yes, it’s a bit flimsier than the original, but for the price, I don’t complain. The remote for my AC in a room I don’t use often had vanished and the model number had been discontinued. Now I have a working remote again. THanks!

I’m genuinely surprised to see this company rated so poorly on Trustpilot—my experience was the complete opposite. I ordered a remote and, while I was initially surprised that they only accept PayPal, everything exceeded expectations. I paid about $10 extra for express shipping and received the remote in less than 48 hours.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the remote to work with my old Airwell A/C unit, even after a week of trying. When I requested a refund, I was genuinely impressed—they processed a full PayPal refund within just four hours, no questions asked. It’s rare to find a company that honors its promises so thoroughly. Their professionalism and integrity were truly exceptional from start to finish.

THE UNIVERSAL remote model KT-N828 (made in china) I received was not compatible with my air condiitoner. the a/c model number - which i clearly told them when ordering - is not even listed on the back of the remote control package. I sent e-mail for a refund and no reply from them.

I thought Daniel Malchi would have sorted the issue
regarding the remote I purchased as he assured me that he would arrange for me to return the remote with
a refund and sort out the correct model for my aircon
unit as it is needed for my wife who is disabled and
urgently needs this to control the unit when I am not
available to help.He contacted me on how to pair the
remote with instructions and video but the remote I have been supplied is entirely different to the one he is showing on the video.It is now weeks since he said
he would sort this issue out and I am not impressed with their customer service as I have a remote which is of no use to me.

A month ago I bought online a product from this supplier. Initially, it was delivered to a wrong country. When I contacted them and asked about my order, they told me that it will be resent to me as soon as possible. Never received the product and no more replies to my messages.

Purchased a remote in December. Never received the remote. Emailed their support - no reply. Called - no pick-up. Text their text support number - no response.
