Customer Service above and beyond expectations
For the first time, having my remember card for over 15 years, i was unfortunately unable to pay the bill. I rang costumer service and was met by a lady, she gave me the kind offer to have a pay-free month. She was very professional and informative, and made everything seem simple and easy. Thanks to the kind lady for amazing customer service, the best I’ve had in awhile.
