The customer service is okay, but weak loyalty program.
I had a talk with Thorbjørn, a staff from Relatel, about a new subscription. He made some extra effort to find the right deal. However, the deal wasn't really useful. I already have two subscriptions from them, however it seems that there is no loyalty offer from them that you may get from other phone companies in every 6 months, through a 6 month binding. You will be stuck for 3 years without having any new offer from Relatel. I would recommend the new users to consider these matters, if it relevant.
