In Nov 2025 I bought 4 complete wheels including the mandatory tyre pressure sensors. After delivery the pressure monitoring system did not work. Reifendirekt.at agreed that I have this fixed this at a local service station at their costs.
It turned out that TPMS sensors, although billed, were not installed at all.
Reifendirekt.at then refused refund the full expenses of 246 Euros for installing the sensors. After several unanswered mails and 2 interventions of the Ombudsstelle (after the fist one they agreed to pay but did not do so) I finally received the refund end of May 2026.

As Reifendirekt.at is not producing items on their own, reviews may solely be based on the service provided. It was evident that the company had hoped for the customer to accept the loss of refund after paying for a mistake that happened on their own side. I will order at alternative companies in future.

After selecting all necessary points to get the correct tyres for my car I ordered what was supposed by the homepage.
At that time I was still waiting for my new car.
The tyres arrived and everything was looking fine. Once I received my car I realized that the dimensions/specifications are not listed in the certificate of conformity for my car.

Upon realisation I tried to call the customer service, which ended in a AI Bot and not a real human.
So I tried the live chat, again just a bot and also via WhatsApp just a bot.
It said that it will connect with a human in 5 minutes.
Well these five minutes will take hours.
And IF someone is writing, it will take them more than several minutes to answer, so that you will eventually be reconnected with the bot and the whole trouble starts anew.
The whole process is annoying and in addition I now have to get special permission to use these tyres. If not it was wasted money. In any case it is additional cost, which is unacceptable.
If you ever need help, you will not get it.

It is a waste of time that you will never get back.

I got both tires delivered on different dates but always got informed about what is going on..

Everything fine. Good webshop.

Not the right delivery date. It came 4-5 days later.

Second time, i bought tires. Bought times, get a Massage, your fright is not complet.
No way to send a Mail back, to ask what happens.
Few days later, the delivery arrived complet and in time.
Everthing was ok, but my nerves.

I‘m customer for about more than 20 years, I suppose. All worked well except last time. I ordered 4 Nankang Econex 205 55 16 for 148,93 at the beginning of April, after two weeks I got the information that they are not available, therefore I ordered 4 Falken Sincera 205 55 16. They were delivered after a few days to a garage which is no longer Partner of reifendirekt. So I had to pick up the tyres and bring them to another garage to mount them and fix them, which was more expensive. After the montage, on the same day I got an e-Mail that the 4 Nankang tyres will be delivered the next day. I was very very angry because I was told not available.
So I phoned Reifendirekt to cancel this delivery, which was really hard work and exhausting, because I was in the queue for two hours. Finally I managed it. Next time I will buy the tyres at the next garage, pay 20€ more for 4 tyres, but save nerves and much time.
