I am extremely disappointed with ReFly. They successfully collected flight compensation from British Airways on my behalf, but they are keeping my money. I have sent several emails requesting my funds and an update, but they completely refuse to respond. It is impossible to get a breakthrough with their customer service. Do not use this service unless you want your money held hostage. I want my payout immediately.
