Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. They won't respond to my emails regarding my order I placed. I spent $600 CAD on a figure that I'll probably never receive. Fortunately I paid through paypal. Hopefully they'll resolve this issue and I get my money back.

Most likely fake toys - don't risk it
I purchased a Cangdao Hellboy and when I received it I tried to swap the standard arm for the claw arm that you get with it. The arm doesn't fit at all. no matter how hard I push, it will not click into place. I even tried WD40. When contacting robotoybase after A LOT of convincing they sent another arm.... which also doesn't fit (the standard arm and even the opposite arm when removed and tested clicks in fine, so all of their claws are incompatible.... very dodgy). This toy is faulty and they would not refund or do anything more about it. The fact that it's this dodgy and they will not do anything about it makes me think this is a fake version of the toy. I would avoid buying anything from this site. This was not cheap, and they won't do much if you have any issues.
