DF54 is a great upgrade to my previous Baratza Encore. No comparison. Amazed how good the quality is vs. how affordable it is. For an enthusiastic home barista, it’s a great product!! Additionally the shipping was quick and smooth!

Great service and nice packaging. I first ordered the wrong model of my D64, after I wrote the support they quickly replied and fixed it. The Grinder came in a fancy package with nice accessories.

Good experience, but room for improvement
Positive:
- Product is very good.
- Price is correct.
- Delivery was fast.
Negative:
- Unnecessary overpackaging. Way too much material was used to double pack. Including corner protection pieces made out of plastic instead of cardboard. Knowing what we know today on plastic waste, this is not responsible.
