I ordered 2 items from Pure Arts at the start of the month order number #40981 and both items show in stock, 1 was an Edward Kenway Figure and an Edward Kenway hidden AC blade replica. I paid just shy of €300 for both of these and have not heard a single thing from the business despite sending 2 emails. It is clear that this business is not here for customers or to look after customers and I will be contacting UbiSoft to try and get them to remove there license as this is not a business that should be advertised by UbiSoft when they genuinely do not care about there customers!!

(Update)
Nearly one month on now, multiple emails and still no response or update on my package!!!!

Bad customer service

Been sending them emails multiple times about an item and it's delivery date, but they haven't responded to any of them in the past three weeks. Their customer support is a joke.

(Anniversary ruined, customer service is a joke – as long as they have your money, they don't care)

Here is the review again in English:

When you pre-order from PureArts, you aren't just buying a collectible — you're subscribing to endless excuses, broken promises, and a masterclass in terrible customer communication.

I pre-ordered my statue from Germany back in October 2025 and, of course, paid in full immediately. The original estimated shipping window was Q4 2025. The plan was simple: it was meant to be a special anniversary gift. Spoiler alert: the anniversary has long passed, and the gift currently exists only as a charge on my bank account. With a bit of luck, maybe I’ll be able to wrap it up for Christmas this year — or just hold on to it for next year’s anniversary and pretend nothing happened.

Proactive updates from PureArts? Why bother, right? They already have my money. As an EU customer, you are expected to manually check their status page yourself just to discover that the shipping window has been quietly pushed back once again.

Their customer "support" is the absolute worst part of this experience:
- April: Upon asking for a small compensation or shipping refund for the month-long delays, I was flatly turned down with a reference to their terms & conditions — because "handcrafted items take time". However, they reassured me that EU shipping would happen within 3 to 4 weeks.
- May: After 4 weeks of radio silence, I followed up. The response? The previous 3–4 week timeframe was apparently just a "colleague's estimate," but Q2 was still on track!
- July: Q2 passed, and nothing happened. The website suddenly updated to "July 2026". I asked again for a clear, definitive shipping date. The result: a generic, copy-pasted email talking about "overwhelming demand" across their product line and a polite recommendation to keep checking the website.
- Fun fact: July is ending in a few days, and needless to say, there is still no shipping confirmation in sight.
It is an absolute insult to treat paying customers like this. Holding onto customers' money for nearly a year, giving out made-up estimates when pressed, and then brushing people off with automated FAQ boilerplates is unacceptable.

No transparency or reliability here. Don't buy a gift unless you love disappointment.

The best company to buy figurines

I have to say they are the best around. The quality of their craftmanship it´s well known but also their attention to every detail the customer needs. From now on there´s no other company for me like them.

Insane quality and art concept

I've picked up a few of your 1/4-scale Resident Evil and Witcher 3 statues, and honestly, the quality and art direction are insane. The attention to detail is incredible. I'm definitely looking forward to adding more characters to the collection and continuing to grow my lineup.

Great looking statues

I order a statue from PureArts and a few figures. They came in great shape. I got the Assassin's Creed Altiar statue. And the Altiar Ezio, and Connor figures. They shipped pretty fast and were easy to put together.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased a figure from them that had a timeframe of Q1 2026. It got moved months later to Q2 with zero communication. It then recently was moved to Q4 2026 for an item I purchased in late 2025.

The timeframe could be potentially an entire year to receive their product. I asked for a refund, and they wanted to take a $52 deposit out of the refund. They gave me a sob story about them having to move factories, which caused a delay a few months ago.

If you have a delay, you should inform your customers about it instead of hoping no one thinks about it. The fact that I had to reach out on my own to find this out is disappointing.

The fact that I couldn't get a refund on my "deposit" for an item that would be received potentially a *year* after ordering is ludicrous.

Their Director of Marketing and Sales, Dan Richard, eventually replied to my escalations and unironically told me that they can't afford to lose this deposit, and that it would hurt their business.

Won't someone please think of the multimillion dollar company?
