We have your guarantee in terms of collection and payment, and we will rest assured. But I can still pay 50% of the order first. Great way to get a prototype in your hands. Great to work with and quick turnaround. Item delivered was as designed.

From day one, when scouting for a prototyping company to help with our product design, we came across so many that had a very "infomercial" theme and vibe. To the point where we didn't feel comfortable or trust the gimmicks they were offering and put a bad taste in our mouths. We started searching on the internet for a prototyping company mentioned in a Techstars webinar and landed on Prototype Hubs. We were blown out of the water from the first time we spoke with Mitchell. From our first initial conversation we came up with a game plan, talked through all of the details and laid out my vision for the invention. From there, we began working together on renders, sketches and in depth communication of all the things that made the most sense for our concept. Mitchell has been hands on with us every step of the way as a part of our team, participating on zoom calls with company meetings. From the first prototype to the last, we will only be working with Prototype Hubs. Best decision we have made as a startup headed in the right direction. Awesome online platform, customer service, and product quality. Did my very first custom 3D printed part with a buddy who helped draw it up. Went online, uploaded the file and only a couple days later the parts were in my hands. Fantastic and defeneatly recommend to anyone.

I love the flow of this site. It's very straight to the point and having no background in 3D printed stuff it had me ready to print really fast. Not to mention my part I got printed came in rather fast as well.

The platform worked well and smoothly. I had two good experiences selling 3d prints as a client. Customer support was very helpful. I’m going to continue doing small jobs for fun.

Prototype Hubs and Mitchell are awesome! Setting up an account and order were super fast and easy. Mitchell does a great job communicating with the customers quickly and efficiently. I had a small hiccup with my order and they quickly covered the cost to make it right without any hassle. Very respectable company. Wish more companies honored their patrons in the same way! Will definitely be back!

Prototype Hubs and Mitchell are great! Setting up a partner account was quick and easy then the test file provided for product quality validation was a nice challenge and very helpful in fine tuning my machines to get the best result for everyone. I would like to see order preview features for partners to verify correct cost pricing and the ability to hide total purchase price and client fees from orders in the future. I am currently using the basic partner account because the 120/yr premium account would take $3000 in profit to pay itself off for a partner so I feel that there might be room for improvement there as well as more marketing around the service. The platform has a lot to offer considering how new it feels.

Prototype Hubs is an excellent network of manufacturers who certainly make this technology more affordable and accessible to all. Larger places that make similar connections between manufacturers and customers try to take an arm and a leg for an order. Prototype Hubs is a hidden gem!

Prototype hubs saved the day ! I was in desperate need of a propeller for my aquarium pump that can’t just buy separate. A new pump unit is over $500 these guys went out of their way to customer design a new propeller out of a stronger Material. Shipped it out to me in short order. Thanks Mitchell and your team.
