Company was awesome in assisting with a courier hiccup and went the extra mile to ensure they honored their word to get the parcel to SA timeously.
I highly recommend ProSkaters Place, not only for the quality of the products sold but also for the quality and expertise of the company and staff—specifically one of their customer service representatives, Ms. Anastasiia. Professionalism, courtesy... in short: impeccable. I am very satisfied with my experience. Thank you, ProSkaters Place!

Absolutely amazing experience with ProSkatersPlace! Their customer service is outstanding they replied to my messages incredibly fast and handled everything smoothly and professionally. It’s rare to find such friendly and supportive service these days. The issue I had was sorted quickly and with care. The shop has fantastic products, high-quality, and very fair prices. I’m really happy with my purchase and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
They delt with my cancellation right away. I got reply the same day, even though it was Saturday! Full refund was straight forward. Thank you!
The prices for this Canadian based company is on par with other online inline skate companies. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE!! The company engaged in shady business dealings and after confronting them about it and giving them the opportunity to make it right, they basically told me to go F myself. To put it bluntly, if you need to return or exchange something from this business get ready to get taken advantage of.
