Exchange and swift shipping
With sizing it's been a challenge to get the correct size. I'm exchanging the shoes for the fourth time. Cloud 9 has been extremely easy to do these exchanges and ships the replacement quickly. I will certainly be buying shoes from here again.

Cute but not very comfortable
I bought them for work since I’m on my feet all day. At the end of the day my feet hurt worse than they had in a while. I tried them a second day thinking I needed an adjustment period but there was no improvement. I have another pair of shoes from this brand that are very comfortable so I had high hopes for these. They are still cute but uncomfortable.

When I received my shoes they were too small. I sent 3 emails about them being to small and ask how I exchange them. No one ever did respond therefore I still have shoes too small. Would never purchase from them again.

Hands down worst customer service I've ever tried to deal with. My order was flagged as "lost in transit." I reached out multiple times via email and phone to see if we could resolve in any way and was left without answers every time.
