It just works well. Shipping is better than the other brands I've seen so far.

I ordered shirts for my small business and was really excited about the fit and style I found on this site. Unfortunately, every shirt arrived with blurry images printed on both the front and back.

I contacted customer support and was told the images I uploaded were too small, which caused the poor quality. I understand that image quality matters, but what really disappointed me was that my order went through a “quality check” and no one contacted me before printing.

Other printing companies will flag or warn you when an image is too low-resolution so you have a chance to fix it. This could have been an incredibly simple issue to resolve if someone had reached out beforehand. Instead, I was told it was my fault and advised to use a professional designer next time.

As a small business owner myself, I understand customer service. A little communication and willingness to help could have easily turned this into a positive experience and earned them a repeat customer.

Unfortunately, the way this was handled was extremely disappointing. I won’t be recommending this company or ordering from them again.

Easy to use and integrate

The UI sucks, the mockups are temperamental, and dont work properly very often. The help desk people are nice, but they don't solve anything. If my other POD site sold the 2 particular products I need from here, I would not use Printful at all.

Very easy to use, makes it very straight forward and also very versatile. Good selection of quality products! Lots of cotton!!!!!

Printful publicly replied below claiming that "rush production is not currently available."

However, their Merchant Support Team Lead, John S., explicitly confirmed to me in writing:

"Currently, both replacement orders are actively moving through priority production."

The original shipment has had zero tracking scans since August 14. Your public PR responses directly contradict your own senior support management.

Stop posting conflicting boilerplate messages. Hold your production facility to John’s commitment: finalize the priority production for Order #PF170797211 today and provide direct commercial courier tracking (FedEx FICP) immediately upon dispatch.

A print order was not as expected and having emailed them twice the matter is still outstanding. There was no problem with the quality, the issue was that the image was missing a crucial element. I can't guarantee it wasn't a tech/design error at my end but it is the lack of communication I'm critical of. There was initial effort to assess what went wrong but I heard nothing after I replied to their first email requesting photographic evidence. I was testing some products with a view to using them as a regular POD company. Clearly this is one company I can cross off my list now.

I just cancelled any further service from Printful.
This is my first time doing integration and fulfillment with Printful and their printer out of Texas does a poor print job, won't reprint the order and won't issue a refund either. The colors were blah and washy looking. I submitted pics, but it was a waste of time. No options but to cancel.
They don't care about their first-time customer in the least. I definitely won't be using them again. I will be disconnecting my integration and fulfillment by mid-week. DON'T USE THEM FOR DTG PRINTING.

8-25-2026: Responding to an email asking to update my review. Can't respond to Trustpilot's "no-reply" email so I will respond here.

Update to Review:
I've already submitted the information the first time they requested it.
I dealt with one by the name of Vineta Gotharde so Printful can check the communication.
If they're unwilling to reprint or issue a refund then the review will remain.
I know the review was genuine. My time is very important.

Straight forward, learning curve not that bad.

It’s agood business start up guide for beginners like me

At first, I tried to do this on my cell phone. Not recommended. Laptop is so much easier.

I’m extremely disappointed with how Printful handled a recent missing delivery.

My order was marked as delivered, but it was never received. I checked my property and surrounding area and contacted both UPS and UPS Mail Innovations. I was specifically told that Printful, as the sender, needed to initiate the inquiry with the carrier.

Despite explaining this to Printful, they refused to contact their shipping provider and instead repeatedly placed the responsibility back on me—including suggesting that I file a police report, even though there is no evidence the package was ever delivered to my property.

I ultimately decided to accept the order as a loss, but the larger issue is Printful’s approach to customer service. When a delivery goes wrong, customers should not be expected to resolve issues with a carrier that Printful selected and contracted with.

Policies are one thing. Taking ownership when something goes wrong is another. Unfortunately, this experience showed very little of the latter.

I am writing this out of extreme frustration with Printful's automated billing system and non-existent customer support.

Due to a bug in Printful’s system, duplicate deposits occurred on my account, which Printful then reclaimed incorrectly. This left my wallet with an unwarranted negative balance of -$94,36, completely freezing all my ongoing Etsy customer orders.

Support agent Kev Braden confirmed in chat that these were duplicate internal charges and escalated the issue to the Internal/Finance Team, promising a follow-up. Since then, more than 48 hours have passed with zero updates or responses from support, despite opening chats and sending emails. In the meantime, Printful's system kept attempting automatic card deductions while keeping my orders blocked.

To protect my shop's reputation and avoid severely delayed shipments for my clients, I was forced to manually top up my wallet with $94.36 just to unblock production.

Printful has holding my funds twice for the same items while blocking my business. I demand an immediate manual audit of my account and a full refund of all overcharged amounts directly back to my credit card.

UPDATE Aug 24: Still zero response or resolution from Printful's finance team regarding my overpaid $94.36. Support has completely stopped updating me.

The quality is great, and I like mostly how everything is set up. Some parts of the website are abit confusing, and I wish more items were available for print in canada.
