Best customer support I've ever experieced! They are super understanding and lovely and respond so quickly on instagram.
My favourite necklace is from this shop, I bought it 5 yesrs ago. Now it is still beautiful but you see it's not new anymore.
Also the packaging and the small personal notes are so sweet.

Beautiful earrings! I was a bit skeptical at first, because I got a lot of advertising on social media from them. But wow, so glad I decided to order something, now that I know it’s legit I will definitely order again! And the packaging is so cute

Edit one month later: unfortunately some of the jewellery already shows signs of discolouration and turning into rust at the part that goes through the ear.

Another edit: they contacted me after the last update and send me a new pair with no extra costs. Great customer service!

I wrote to Primrose to ask about an earring my sister wanted that they no longer had available on their website. They responded quickly that they had enough materials to make it for me specially. I was delighted. I took advantage of their 3 for 2 offer and ordered a few pieces. I was concerned about them arriving on time for my sister's birthday during the Black Friday rush and again the Primrose team were responsive and expedited dispatch. The earrings arrived on time, beautifully presented, sparkling in their box, with a surprise gift included. Unique, lovely jewellery with great customer service.

I ordered fire earrings several months ago and even though they were shipped from the Netherlands to Denmark and the earrings were handmade i got my earrings quickly. When I opened them there was a personal note addressed to me and every time I use them it just makes me smile. I absolutely love this site and the costumerservice is outstanding, there was a error with my adress and they wrote me on email to clear it up so there wouldn't be a mistake with shipping. I'm getting my ears pierced again so I can buy some more earring from primrose ♡

I’ve ordered twice now - 6 earrings each time - and all have been beautiful. I leave my jewellery in 24/7 - whilst this is obviously not recommended there has been no tarnishing or damage whatsoever, all the fastenings are secure and no green ears. Delivery is fast and without any issue

I bought from Primrose jewellery a few times and I got some earrings for christmas and birthdays and I can say these are really high quality. Those are the only earrings I can wear everyday without seeing any sign of damage, they're still super golden and shiny even after 2 years. Plus, I had an extra earring as a gift twice! Will definitely buy some more in the future!

Original (04/06): I have ordered from Primrose Jewellery before and loved the previous purchase (a necklace). Recently I decided to order another piece of jewelry from this company since the experience was amazing the first time - the hand written letter, the quality of the piece, how fast it was delivered etc. But this time, I wanted to order some earrings and chose a beautiful piece, an earthread to be precise. Was soo excited to get it. First the delivery was being postponed twice and when I finally received it today, I just noticed it's a single piece of earring. I immediately checked the website and it is stated but in my opinion it should be more visible, for sure above the "add to cart" button. Another thing is the piece is just really small and doesn't look as good when I put it on. Other earthreads that I own are much better quality, the little moon that is the main part of the piece, is only one-sided. When you move your head around and the earring starts spinning, you can clearly see the back is empty. And I also just found out the return process is not automated in any way and I would probably need to pay another 50kr for postage back to Primrose, which will be more than half of the order price being spent on shipping. Will hopefully resell... Also heartbroken to write this all but I think this is where my story with this company ends :(

I just received my first order and I’m very impressed. The jewelry is even more beautiful in real life and the packaging and personal touch of including a handwritten note is next level. Will be ordering many more times!
