I’m really happy with my purchase. The covered litter tray was very easy to put together, feels sturdy, and looks great. It arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The design is practical, and the pull-out tray makes cleaning much easier. Delivery was quick, and the whole shopping experience was smooth. I’d happily recommend this company to other cat owners.

There was a significant delay in receiving my order due to problems during the delivery process in Spain. Although the experience was initially very frustrating, I do not believe the delay was caused by PriorPet failing to fulfil their responsibilities. They did everything they reasonably could to investigate the issue, kept me informed and ultimately resolved it.

One of the biggest difficulties was that I was never provided with a usable local tracking number, which made it impossible for me to contact the local courier or properly follow the parcel once it arrived in Spain. This made the situation much more stressful than it should have been.

I would especially like to recognise Rajaram from PriorPet's customer support. Throughout the entire process, he was always kind, patient, empathetic and genuinely committed to helping. He followed my case closely, kept me updated, listened carefully to my concerns and remained committed to finding a satisfactory solution from beginning to end.

Problems can happen with any shipment, but what truly defines a company is how it responds when things go wrong. Rajaram's professionalism, empathy and dedication completely changed my overall impression of the experience.

I purchased a litter tray which arrived promptly, easy to put together and works well. Would recommend.

Size - good! I have a 3kg cat and she seems to like it!
Value for money - I think it’s bang on for the price, I was hesitant about it after seeing some reviews saying it was bent and leaks but we haven’t had an issue at all and the stainless steel makes it 1000% easier to clean!
Appearance - it looks cute! I like the design of the cat exiting through the top to not track litter & so far so good no litter tracking on the floor! The easy slide out tray makes cleaning a breeze.
Odor Control - can’t say fully as we use tofu litter which helps smells, but the stainless steel litter tray is WAYYY better than plastic we had and deffo reduced the smell.
Durability - Plastic is decent quality, could be better but also again not bad & not bent like some reviews stated. Put together super easily and the fact the tray slides out makes total cleaning so much easier.

I wish there was a part to add a filter for extra odor control, but this is still a total upgrade from the pets at home litter tray we had and I would definitely recommend it!

Woah! Beautifully crafted and a great addition for our fur babies! Not only does it help our Yorkies get on the sofa with ease, but it fits right into our modern home.

We have the ramp for our dog and are very satisfied. Our dog can now get into the car again without any problems and must noch jump anymore. The ramp can be collapsed to save space and is easy to use.

I bought a 5ft 'tree' for my cat last October through Amazon. I moved house in April losing the bag of screws for the tree. I emailed PriorPet to ask if I could buy the screws, 3 days later I received the screws by DPD delivery - no charge to me. That's what I call excellent customer service and one very happy cat!

Litter box works great! Spacious, easy to clean and the mat and step really do help keep the litter inside.

The stairs are durable, compact and with the side rails I do not have to worry about my furbaby falling. I appreciate that the ramp has a non-slip bottom for seniors or super fuzzy paws as well. My girls and I love it!
