Sold defective PSN codes and refuse refund - BewareI am writing this public review to warn others about my disastrous experience with PrepaidForge. I purchased a batch of PSN codes (Order #PF-ORDER30211631806198331).
A significant number of these codes were non-functional (redeemed or invalid). After I provided clear video evidence of the errors, PrepaidForge's support team acknowledged the issue for a portion of the order and refunded those specific codes. However, they arbitrarily refused to refund or replace the remaining defective codes, despite them originating from the exact same batch and showing the identical error message.
They have since ceased all communication and are ignoring my requests to resolve this legitimate claim. I am now taking steps to report this business to consumer protection authorities in the Netherlands. I advise extreme caution when dealing with this seller.
