Good quality, great price, excellent support. I recommend !

This is no DOG TENT. It’s a GREENHOUSE for tomatoes (as mentioned in the mounting instructions). Barely possible to mount, no instructions how to mount the covering, just find out yourself. 1 foot is missing so I have a worthless GREENHOUSE now. This is a scam and NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. No dog would ever ho under the “cooling” tent as it would get hotter than the outside. The ad is photoshopped to show a big and a small dog, no dog will go in thete by free will. I feel cheated.

We wood give a 4,5/5, because we had a very good experience with Premiumxl Belgium. All the ordered goods came to us in an excellent condition and we are happy with our purchases. We expected that everything would be delivered in one delivery, but that was not the case. Everything was delivered separately. Perhaps that could be communicated better in the future. Furthermore, we feel very satisfied.

the measurements were listed incorrectly 3 times on the advert- including in the image.

OK, the shipping was a bit slow (one week from Germany to Belgium) but well worth the wait! I've never seen such a beautiful wooden laundry rack before, and affordable too.

Sending me an evaluation e-mail without any context is annoying. Do I know premiumxl? Perhaps yes perhaps no, i order a lot of things online, this mail is pointless and is not helping me.

the ceiling rack we ordered arrived nice on time and it looks exactly as in the picture. The quality seems quite good. The wood feels heavy and the metal is also solid. It's nice that they provide two types of plugs but I had to use different ones so be able to hang it from my fake ceiling made from plaster board (gyproc). The only real gripe I have with the rack is that the hooks are straight and aren't angled like it seems to be in the picture. As a result, cups with a handle don't hang at an angle like you see in the picture.

at premiumxl be: en-casa-kinderbed-sisimiut-met-uitvalbeveiliging-140x200-cm-wit , a childbed ordered and payed on the 17th for delivery between 3 to 5 business days. Really need this. Order is 'in wait' without further explanation. No response on the Dutch phone number, goes to voicemail after trying 3 times. On the German contact phone number waiting for half an hour and counting. No info on delivery. No answer on the contact e-mail. Edit: The guy on the German hotline answered after 40 minutes telling he did not understand anything but German and refused to help. Explained him the e-mail asking for more info was already sent but refused to understand anything.

Added after delivery: After contact with the Dutch support line everything was solved by the friendly guy on the phone. The bed was delivered in 2 parts, one day before and one day after Christmas. Nice and quick during the holiday season. The bed itself is strong and of good quality.
