Worst Experience ever as following up…
Worst Experience ever as following up almost 3 weeks now for the refund which was to be completed in 10 working days.
1st they were not able to deliver items in time as shown during order. Than they kept of extending delivery timeline finally we had to cancel the order.
Now every time they are give same lame excuse when checking for refund amount.

We would, however, like to clarify the timeline and confirm that the matter was fully resolved. Your refund request was submitted on 18 March 2026, and the full refund of €5,243 was processed by PLC-CITY on 20 April 2026.
As stated in the commercial terms accepted at the time of placing the order, refunds are issued within 30 days of the refund request being accepted. In this case, the refund was processed within the applicable timeframe.
Following the transfer, some additional time was required for the international banking transaction to be credited to your account. Our accounting team continued to follow up with the bank and provided you with the relevant payment documentation.
We fully understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, and we are sorry that the process took longer than you would have wished. Nevertheless, we believe it is important to clarify that the matter was followed by our team and ultimately resolved in full within the agreed timeframe.
We sincerely hope that, considering the final positive resolution of the case, you may reconsider your overall assessment of your experience with PLC-CITY.
