Very good
Very good. All the products arrived quite fast and in a good quality. Only thing I would’ve liked if they’ve given an option for express shipments in case of emergency. Other than that, arrived really really fast

Still Waiting After One Month – Completely Ignored
I placed a large order over a month ago for my wedding, with delivery to France. To this day, I have received nothing.
What is even more disappointing than the delay is the complete lack of communication. I have contacted your customer service several times to ask about the status of my order, and I have never received any reply.
This is simply unacceptable. Delays can happen, but ignoring your customers is not. The complete absence of any response seriously calls into question the reliability and professionalism of your company.
At this point, I expect either the immediate shipment of my order with valid tracking information or a full refund without further delay.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store. I sincerely hope you resolve this situation quickly, but until then, I believe other customers should be aware of the way this order has been handled.
