I have purchased over 6 times the staff…
I have purchased over 6 times the staff has been amazing. I have had requests that made them jump though hoops to accommodate. The product is beautiful. Their door knobs fit their doors better than any other. I have switched everything to theirs. Very high quality product and company

What was not to like
What was not to like? The website had loads of helpful information and the people on the phone were just as easy to deal with. The product arrived on time and in great shape. There was an amazing amount of care put into packaging our door. Thanks for everything.

More than 3 weeks and I still have not…
More than 3 weeks and I still have not received my order. Additionally, the company’s systems don’t work. They are sending automated emails saying the product has been delivered when it hasn’t even left their facility.
Product is also very low quality. Handle has broken 4 times now, and I keep having to buy replacements because I have their door. Sincerely regret having their door and will be changing it next year.

So Happy and Impressed!
Pinky’s Iron Doors was the Best part of my remodel! From the Amazing showroom to installation EVERYTHING was First Class! We are So Happy with our doors and windows! We added 165 sq. feet but with these Beautiful doors it feels like 1000! So Impressed with the Quality Craftsmanship and ease of install!
