We had an excellent experience with Pineca when we purchased our office room. From start to finish everything went smoothly, including the delivery, all the parts were there (nothing missing at all), and the quality was even better than we expected. The help support team was absolutely superb, always quick to help and super friendly whenever we had a question. Building it was straightforward, and now we have a beautiful office space that we couldn’t be happier with. We would definitely recommend Pineca to anyone looking for great products and great service!

Fast delivery, decent quality product, good customer service and a really smooth and effortless post-purchase care. We had a door break a year after purchasing the wooden house and the activation of the warranty was seamless and uncomplicated. Vinícius helped so much with the resolution. I highly recommend!

Great Call center & Professional

We enjoyed doing business with Pineca because they responded quickly and correctly, with clear instructions regarding transportation and installation. We highly recommend them!

Thank you for the reminder and opportunity to review my purchase. I wanted to contact you sooner but I have been extremely busy finishing the cabin, a lot of time has had to been spent correcting some of the errors made by your team.

The product material and design over all is of reasonably good quality. Or course time will how it endures but for now it seems fine.

However the problems come from the services side.
Once I had made the purchase, the helpful attitude from Antoneta completely disappeared. She was not interested in helping me arrange the delivery, to a point where it seemed like a problem in her life. Also during pre-sale discussion I was told I could locate the window anywhere I wished. When it came time to install, this was not the case and I had to accept where the installer located it.

The delivery team (truck driver & partner) were good. On time, communicated well and helpful with the unloading.

From here it got worse. From day one, the installer was only interested in leaving. Every day it was a promises to start sooner, do more but everyday it was later & less. V It was like a show. Every conversation was about leaving not about completion.
Once the team left and internal work began I found a few really big “errors”, some due to there extremity I have to believe could have been made on purpose.

The Roof:
- Part of the roof membrane does not have any solid (OSB) beneath it. The membrane lays on top, unsupported. When it rains the weight of the water causes it to sag creating a pool. This cannot be how it is designed to be fitted.
- The edge of the membrane was left barely meeting the wood. In some areas raw wood was exposed easily allowing water to ingress into the wood and also into the wall. Again this cannot be how it was designed as it will soon fail and damage the internal walls & floor.
- The metal capping dies not fit well. Large holes was simply left. Water ingress would easily happen. This shocked me how a trades person could walk away from work of this standard.
- Photos attached.
- I have had to retro fit a right angle water proof edge to the roof to provide improved water proofing. Long term there will need to be a more robust solution added.
- I had to close the holes in the metal capping.

Electrical Conduits :
The first attempt at the electrical fix was terrible. Holes were cut in the ceiling & wall without discussion, later to be visibly patched. The actual conduits were chaos. Again no discussion just conduits running from every point to every point. There no logic to it and it had to be removed and redone.
Some of the conduits were then sandwiched between beam and the roof OSB, making them completely un-usable. Days were wasted trying to solve this. It is unbelievable how anyone qualified as a trade person can unintentionally make such a mistake. See attached photo.
More holes or alternatives had to be implemented to achieve electrical access or function in the correct spaces.

Although after a month of work the cabin is nearing completion, and looking good, the attitudes and these errors caused a lot of frustration, extra time & cost and a general bad taste about the service, which is a pity as it all started so well.

Pineca has excellent customer service during the purchase process and after delivery. My purchase required shipping to an island, so they asked me to confirm when it had arrived. That showed me that they cared after purchase. Unfortunately it arrived with 1 pane of glass broken. When I emailed them a photo they reponded that day. They gave me two options for replacement, so it could not have been more helpful. I hghly recommend Pineca.

I have bought a small house for my holidays and it couldn't be better. From the attention of the people to the manage of a glass that arrived broken, they are always giving their best and even going an extra mile for me.

rubbish company wont compensate for the terrible workman ship of the wood , they sent items uncountable missing items cut wrong and joins cut wrong they offered nothing at all for all these problems , I asked for some sort of compensation they now ignore my emails they are a joke ! do not use them stay clear the headache is far too much , the reply that you sent is false as the pieces of wood are simply cut wrong so how can it be that it's been stored wrong , storage was in the crate you provided, the wood was simply cut wrong you won't admit that fact at all , shame on you as a company to lie , i was in contact with the company and they said they would contact back after a member of staff was on holiday but still nothing . the wood is meant to be cut to fit the right position but so many were cut short by a few inches , I took pictures and sent them , they don't even acknowledge they have done wrong its simply my fault the wood they sent was cut wrong and the pieces don't fit . terrible company stay away .

I’m in 2 minds about giving Pineca 3 stars. The product is great as is the customer service. However, we bought the insulation package and have found the construction extremely tiresome. We were provided with no instructions for the insulation or outer wall. When I queried this I was sent instructions for the part I was questioning but only because I asked for them. There is no way an inexperienced person could construct the insulation package on their own. We also opted for the grey metal windows, which look lovely, but are so heavy that a team of strong men were required to move them. With hindsight I would pay extra for the construction by professionals. I have had to employ a handyman to help with the construction and a window expert to fit the heavy windows.
I love the building and the simple (non-insulated) walls were easy to construct although even these instructions are pretty poor. The YouTube videos helped to some extent.
If Pineca could put together a set of clear written instructions with videos to help with the tricky bits I would give the product 5 stars.

We bought the Greta house. It’s easy to build. The communication with Pineca was wonderful. We have bought two more houses Dijon and Riviera we are looking forward to build those to.

Great solution in terms of materials quality and ease of assembly. I organized the assembly myself and had no issues. The delivery was also very efficient, with regular feedback on the status of the transport.
