Poor Service

Phone verification on Pingram is not working at all. I’ve tried multiple times, but I still can’t get past the verification process.

What makes it worse is the support. I contacted them for help and haven’t received any response, so it feels like there is basically no customer support available.

Very frustrating experience, especially when you can’t even access the service properly because of a broken verification system.

Great team, easy to use and get setup quickly.

PROS:
The staff at Pingram are very responsive and easy to work with. The online web UI is easy to use. They have an easy solution for just about anything you need with respect to online communications. Setup is easier and faster than dealing with the direct communication vendors.

CONS:
Their notification logs UI is a bit slow and finicky at times.

Flawless.

My experience with Pingram has been flawless.
This company is constantly evolving and has been providing an excellent service since I began using them about a year ago. Support has been great, service has been great, and super easy to get started. I started sending SMS same day - can't say this for other large providers in the space.

All channels, without the headache!

Pingram has been an amazing service provider and made our saas app notifications (in-app, emails, sms) easy to setup and maintain. Their team is always responsive and our devs are all happy, not having to battle configs and settings for getting a seemless and scalable notification system in our platform.

I’ve been really impressed with Pingram as a communication infrastructure platform. It provides trigger-ready APIs that make it extremely easy to integrate SMS, Email, and Voice into applications without the usual setup overhead.
