Poor quality and dishonest people.

Terrible company full of dishonest people. Buyer beware. In shipping the order was damaged upon arrival due to poor packaging, When it arrived the tailgate metal was thin a as pop can and was probably made if aluminium instead of steel. Arrived dented up and unusable. Very poor quality. Would not refund my product. First offered $50 as compensation, then offered a refund but I had to pay to ship it back to them. They were totally in the wrong and are very dishonest. Buyer beware if you purchase anything from them.

Bought the wrong bumper for my 325CI

Bought the wrong bumper for my 325CI. Requesting a return. That took about 2 days. Then another 10 days to get a return label. Got that then returned it. It took them 5 more days to say they have my return. Then the best text “ we are not going to be able to give you a refund. We are a third party for Amazon.

Lied about a refund

Lied about a refund - will never order from these guys again. Went on for 6 weeks expecting to get my refund for them to say sorry we can’t refund your shipping.
