Quick order and delivery. Quality are very good and the logo looks very professional. The only down side l brought a small bundle wanting to check the quality first. I should have purchased a bigger bundle. Great company.

They quickly resolved, emails requesting fell on deaf ears but I’m happy they watch out for reviews.
Uniform is spot on don’t let my review deter from quality of product, I just need docs so I can reclaim my monies. Big love guys didn’t mean to leave 1star initially it was meant to be 4 Star as only invoice missing . Product is great. Not quickest but worth the wait👍🏻

Of course, as you placed the order online, you'd have had the order confirmation which had a VAT breakdown on if applicable, but appreciate that a full invoice might have been better (I am going to email you that copy now).
To help others in future, for all in store & phone orders you automatically get the internal invoice direct, but with the web orders if the order confirmation doesn't suffice please contact us in any of the ways (Email, Phone, Whatsapp, Social Media) our team can quickly get those arranged.

Hi Martyn, We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with your order. On checking your order history and logo sign-off, it is clear you ordered printed logos and signed off the printed logo sign-off form.
We have this sign-off in place for you to confirm the details of your order, and at no point was embroidery mentioned on the order or proof.
With regards to the longevity of printed logos, if washed following our guides, the print can last up to 18 months.
