This was the easiest and best thing I could have done with my car with a blown head gasket. I got a $14k estimate to fix it and that’s simply not feasible. Every person at Peddle, or affiliated with them were super kind and sweet, and they made the pickup, and payment very easy! I would absolutely use them again in the future!

Peddle itself was good
Peddle itself was good, although a little slow in responding. 3Stars are due to the tow company they used in Portsmouth Va. The pick-up appt was between 11 and 3. I called about 2:45 and was told the pick-up was between 11 and 3. After they contacted the tow company, I was told the driver would contact me shortly. I called again at 5. I was then contacted by the tow company that told me it would be the next day. The next day I called Peddle again and this time I got the number for the tow company. I called them and the owner said the driver would call me when he got in ("10 minutes to 2 hours"). it was over 4 1/2 hours later when a got call that it would probably be another hour. Fortunately it was only about 30 minutes before the driver arrived to pick up the vehicle. Would I use Peddle again? Probably, but not if they used the same tow company.

They where great with the offer but the…
They where great with the offer but the whole setup and pickup of the car was odd. They scheduled it for Wednesday then the tow place showed up on Tuesday and the driver acted shady like didn't prove that he was there from peddle.

They should tell you what they are offering since the beginning when I agreed to offer i should how the car looked and everything when they got here the amount was 300 less. Not only that the person who came was every persistent for me to put a vehicle that was damaged outside on the street. Not only that I put a time for them to pick it up from 7am-12pm didn't show up until 1230pm had to let work know that I was going to late due to this. Not only that it was for pick up for that day they didn't come until the next day. I feel like its pointless to agreed on a about make an appointment for pick when they don't care about any of that

BEWARE
The company known as "IAA" (Insure Auto Auction) which "Peddle" used to middleman my transaction both to pick up and cut my check is so bogus it was almost IMPOSSIBLE to deal with them or get ANYBODY to cash the check. They are apparently a MAJOR RED FLAG shady biz who have ripped tons of ppl off and are also involved in a Class Act Lawsuit currently or so I read online. Either way regardless of "Peddle" being a seperate company I am only giving them this 1 star because CANT GIVE A 0. Any company that would use or employ third party companys that shady SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED OR ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THE FRAUD THEY ARE INVOLVED IN.....SELLERS BEWARE!!!
