this company are real amateurs, bad handling of customers on arrival at an airport you don't know. I arrive at hamburg airport and I was not received. they could call me but no one contacted me. and I couldn't get their phone back as it was night. I have made a complaint but they will not return my money booking code 9347024 .!!! I found another company VOPIpark & ​​fly they were professional

I parked at Traviso airport. Everything was good except when we got back there was a scratch on the left side of the car. They replied to me and offered me to reimburse the cost of the repair. 3 stars is because they needed quite some time to actually do that.

Made my reservation with ParkinGO for a 9 day trip. On our return, we requested pick-up at the airport. Waited for 40 minutes and had to call 3 times before they told us that the transportation had a Easy-Parking logo. We'd actually identified ourselves to 2 different drives from Easy Parking but none of them ever heard about ParkinGO.
A total mess in terms of informing the customer properly.

Avoid the Naples car park. Left my mini bus here for 5 weeks. Handed my keys to the owners son. Who reassured our vehicle would be taken care of. When we picked our mini bus up.

It was had deep scratched right along the side. Large dents and scratches. Along with a new wing mirror fitted. Only it was fitted incorrectly. There was also glass left inside and outside of vehicle. Which any of my family could have hurt themselves on.

Customer service is non existent. After complaining to the staff. We where given mobile number for a manager. Who never answered or returned your call. There is no manager at this car park. You email them with photos and evidence.You get an email back a week later.

Denying any responsibility of the damage. We complained about the damage when we picked it up. They have denied this aswell. Then threatening me with defamation for writing on their Facebook page. You cannot write comments on their Facebook page. Without it being deleted. Reading the reviews on trust pilot and trip advisor. It is common practice for them to damage vehicles. Then fob people off.

They will not provide you with any insurance policies. When I requested this several times. They provide you with no paper work. The car park is a a complete disaster. Car crammed together like sardines. Very close together with no room either side.

Never had such a bad experience in my life. With car parks this haunt me for life. We have been left with a badly damaged vehicle. They are clearly scamming people and continuing to get away with it.

Please find a legitimate car park.

We had a great experience with ParkinGo. We had a little trouble finding the building as we didn't come from the airport but once we got there, the process was so easy and we were on the road in our car in no time. Everything was so clearly explained to us. My partner was a little disappointed they didn't get the car they booked but that is often the case with rentals so nothing out of the ordinary.

The car was comfy and our 4 days of driving around had no problems at all.

We were served by Nicolo both times (picking up and dropping off) and he was so friendly and helpful - great guy!

Terrible organization. They made us wait 45min out in the cold after we had arrived. Then they kept on taking the bigger groups first even though we had arrived before.

I used ParkinGo near Venice Airport for secure parking during a recent trip. They were extremely efficient and our car and items within it were secure.
