Sounds good on paper but reality is different. The delivery date of my order was not respected. The support can only be reached out via email. They take longer to respond than what they promise. There is no way to directly contact them. And when they respond they give a standard answer that the order is being processed al will be sent soon. Not professional. I am still waiting for an update on the delivery.

After sale experience
I have been waiting for a replacement remote control for over a month and still nothing has been delivered. First, I was told that the manufacturer had sent the wrong remote control. Then I was given what appears to be a fake DHL tracking number, with no real shipment progress.
As a result, I have been unable to use my treadmill for an entire month. The delays, poor communication, and lack of a real solution have completely destroyed my trust in this company.
I cannot recommend Pandaloo based on my experience.
Update:
I wanted to provide an update to my original review.
After a frustrating and lengthy process, I have now received the replacement remote control and the issue has been resolved.
The remote stopped working after only one month of use, and obtaining a replacement took considerably longer than expected. There were several delays during the process, including shipment and delivery issues, which left me unable to properly use the treadmill for an extended period.
That said, Pandaloo remained responsive throughout our communication, acknowledged the problems, and ultimately ensured that the correct replacement remote was delivered.
While I am disappointed that a product failed so soon and that the replacement process took over a month, I appreciate that the company followed through and resolved the issue in the end.
Thank you to the Pandaloo team for making sure the replacement was eventually delivered.

The item that was purchased a lighting set for photography with many items. For the price point you get what you are paying for with the quality of products delivered. Everything works how it should. Only one light seems to be broken and the only draw back all the lights are very weak. For more serious photography, lights need to be better. For hobby it should work well.
