Fraud app….. Don’t use PayPenny. They took my money and still haven’t refunded it. They keep giving excuses and playing games. Their customer service is also very poor. Very disappointing experience.

Good price but not in time, I use this platform 4 times. All transection take 2-3 days. Customer service said we need more time thay don't know how long take time.. yesterday I transfer money new is over the 36 hours but still transaction is pending. They are not working in weekend so please don't use this platform in weekend.

Take very long time almost 18-19 days to process payment. Bad experience

This is a full scam company. You literally have to beg their support on WhatsApp afte transferring the money. Would you believe what reason they gave me? "We dont have money to send to India". WTF bro.

These people are scammers they hold your money for 2-3 weeks & on enquiry the have an automated reply that there concern team is working on transaction… if you really want to loose your peace & get stress use this app else stay away from it … complete fraudulent & falsified assurance provided by the app owners… will never use it again..

Rates are good, but my transfer took more than 20 days. I can’t upload screenshot here. Trust me they are very slow. I did transfer on 17th April 2026 and today is 8may 2026, it’s been more than 20days , every time I talk to them on whatsapp chat and they say “ We kindly request your patience until the end of the day, as the amount will surely be credited to your account. We understand that it is taking longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. Please allow us some time to process it”. Stupid PayPenny. They promised that transfer will be cleared by 24hours

They are more than 10 days to finish transaction, yes there rate is a bit better than remitly but it is not worth the headache they give in their service.

The service is ridiculous. The SLA is 48 hours and you dont get the transfer completed even in 2 weeks. They just have a reply saying we are doing our best and we will resolve it soon.
