The BEST service provider for hosting, ive ever recieved, when i mean the hosting is cheap, its cheap. For VPS hosting they have some of the highest quality specs with the most reliable connection; when i connect to my server it connects incredibly fast, ive hosted many sites with this provider and never had any downtime. I have a problem with my server, they resolved it in under 20 minutes. no provider has that kind of customer service. Seriously give it a try. They are some of the best people as well, they have the kindest team and i genuinely couldn't find any criticisms with them, that says alot as i usually am quite a critical person with hosting companies.

They are Great! A friend an I have multiple Gameservers, Root & VPS from them and they run great, we never had major issues. And with the few we had they fixed it in a timely manner.

I was looking for a cheap VPS with only a few requirements: at least 4GB RAM and at least 10TB bandwidth @ 1Gbps. For only 4.95€/month, I got not 4, but 8GB RAM, and also 70GB NVMe SSD storage. They are also extremely quick to respond to tickets. I've had an issue where my server got suspended due to an unpaid invoice, even though I've paid it earlier that day. I wrote a ticket, and they fixed it in just a few minutes, the downtime was only 10 minutes. It happened again yesterday, but they were quick to fix it and compensated with 3 days free. They allow Tor (except for guard and exit nodes) and I2P, and they will also give you multiple /64 IPv6 subnets if you ask.

Summary
The best small hosting company I've ever got a VPS from. Honestly I was surprised as heck at how quick the support team at PawHost really is. Compared to Hetzner or any of the big companies, PawHost can't compare in response time for such a small team. My VPS has performed extremely well. A recent downtime from a DDoS attack (network-wide attack, not specific to my machine) of up to 10 minutes is the only downtime experience I've had which isn't bad at all. Put the pricing into the picture and I don't think I've seen anything that can beat it.

Broken-down review
Support: 10/10 (compared to top providers like Hetzner, this is quick as heck with my ticket worked on sometimes within 10 mins of my ticket being submitted)
Pricing: 10/10 (never seen VPS or resource pricing as cheap as PawHost that still have discounts available on top)
Uptime: 8/10 (due to the DDoS attack but honestly the downtime of only 10 mins isn't bad at all)

Looking initially throughout the website and panel I thought they wouldn't have English support. Nope! They know English and have a super friendly support team. Thank you PawHost for a machine that allows me to host my student projects!
