Placed an order on 5th, paid via bank transfer with reference.
Received an email 9 days later saying payment not received, at this point I reiterated that I had infact paid and sent proof.
Order then cancelled and refunded by them, I never asked for that, I wanted the patches, HOWEVER, No refund ever received, no patches and no communication from anyone about any part of my order.
Shocking, appalling and quite frankly a scam.
Fully expecting to have to take this further.
Stay well clear.

Order didn't arrive. Emails have been ignored, phone number goes to voicemail with no reply, and the website live chat is not answered. I had to charge-back via my credit card provider. I'd avoid this website at all costs in the future.

Good prices, superb quality patches, and cheap delivery. What more can you ask. I was slightly worried seeing as there was only 1 review, but I didn't have to worry!

I was looking for hard-to-find Honda badges for a mechanics jacket and found Patchion. The badges looked excellent and the price was far better than Etsy, the only other site listing them.
