Two times i ordered products from this seller and all are expired. I don't recommend this seller. I'm very disappointed.

I am genuinely disappointed with this company and, more importantly, with their attitude towards customers.

I ordered 22 packs of nicotine pouches, and 10 of them were already past their “best before” date before they were even shipped. This is not a case of products expiring shortly after delivery. The company knowingly sent products that were already expired at the time of dispatch.

What is even more disappointing is the company's response. Instead of acknowledging the issue or showing any concern for the customer, they simply point to information on their website and treat the situation as completely normal.

For me, this is not just about a date printed on a package. It is about basic business ethics, customer care and the attitude a company has towards the people giving them their money.

If a company knowingly sells expired products, this should be made clearly and unmissably obvious before the customer places an order, rather than being used as a justification after the customer receives them.

Sending expired products and then hiding behind a website disclaimer instead of taking responsibility says a lot about the company's approach to its customers.

Ordered a few packs of pouches some times back & when they didnt arrive I realised i had made a mistake in delivery address. Went to talk to my neighbour, who told me they got send back. Got in touch with Louise from customer service - and quickly got my order sent back to the right address.
The pouches itself are great and were actually really cheap.

Made an order june 5, and now more than a month after, it still hasn't arrived. It was sent, but it went to Praag, Austria, back to Praag and then Netherlands, where it is stuck for a month.
First contact got a reply, then I heard nothing.
Delivery platform is impossible to contact

Before I start, I recommend this site, good and quick service.

I don't understand the bad reviews, ordered on Friday and received my order on Thursday even though it was supposed to arrive Friday so it arrived one day earlier which obviously is very good.

I bought a sale package Iceberg Cola where supposedly the pouches were expired but the ones I received are still good for 3 months.

Would order again.

Order placed on 2 Jun, didn't ship out and no communication

I am updating my review as of July 3rd: the order has finally arrived. The products and prices are excellent, especially the strips. I will place more orders and hope that shipping times and communication improve; in the meantime, thanks to Louise—she was very kind and attentive.
Order 41405 placed on June 5th. I received several emails requesting payment for the order (which had already been paid), which was sent without payment. Customer service never responded. As of today, June 15th, the order is confirmed, but I have no idea about shipping or tracking. The app shop doesn't provide tracking information, and despite several emails, customer service hasn't responded, and I don't know if the order will ever arrive. It's a shame, I've already trusted them, and they were quick and have excellent products. Maybe here I'll find out what happened to my order 41405. Thanks.

I have placed an order a week ago, that supposedly was due to arrive today. However aside from the order not being here, which would’ve been fine if i was informed of it previously i posses no information regarding it whatsoever. I have attempted to contact them twice via email and am yet to receive a reply or any update in regards to the said order.

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order over a week ago for delivery to Poland but the product still has not been shipped out of the warehouse and just says "preparing items". I have also sent multiple emails to customer support and have received no response at all. The lack of communication and delay in the shipment of the order is enfuriarating.

I ordered some saturday sadly with the shipping i had to wait still, but do recomend using this than other sites, my friends use it too and they've told me to write a review since they also liked it, when i do get my package i'll write another review, and i'm not gonna complain about the shipping since it isn't the peoples fault.

You sell products that you know are unfit for consumption and refuse returns and contact with the customer.

That's called FRAUD, here and everywhere. Therefore, you're a bunch of SCAMMERS.

Stop making excuses, you know you're scamming customers to keep their money.

They sell snus already expired at lower prices that are tasteless and don't do nothing. If the product is expired it should go to trash and not sell it cheaper. Do you do the same with eggs and milk? Even the ones without promotion were almost expired. Very bad deal and business model. Order number 35988
