You guys said I was going to receive my coli in 48hrs but that has not been the case. So not good atall.
You guys should respect the time frame given to your clients, and make it easier to reach out to your office by mins of telephoning.

shipping and customer service
really fast shipping and I had ordered 8 tires, initially received 7. When emailed Pneus-Online BE' customer service they responded within 24 hours. The 8th tire was just on a separate shipment and arrived at my place the next day.
Haven't drive with the new set yet.

Ordered 4 tyres online and gave details…
Ordered 4 tyres online and gave details of assembly centre.
No confirmation email came to my email inbox.
Money taken from my account.
Order status states order in progress but no correspondence and assembly centre knows nothing about order.
5 days later I sent watsapp message as phone number impossible to find on contact information.
No idea where my tyres are and I’m driving on my spare tyre.
Absolutely dreadful customer service!!
