The package never arrived! very sad, a lot of problems with the shipment method, I really wanted to try this coffee but I cannot know where is the package, no correos, no possibility to resend it, really bad experience , very sorry

I ordered a couple of bags of coffee to try from the website as I have recently acquired a commandante. Delivery was fast and really good, packaging lovely, coffee beans were quality - my only qualm would be that the coffee really needs to be extracted. Syra coffees seem to be (I've only tried a couple) quite weak if not heavily extracted but, apart from that, 10/10.

I used to be a regular customer at Syra, but the service I received today (June 4th at 08:21, Order #M129485) at the Sardenya street shop in Barcelona was shameful.

The guy behind the counter was extremely arrogant, giving me a massive attitude and lecturing me in a really snobbish way just because I ordered a long coffee ("café largo"). To avoid an argument, I just told him to make it a regular espresso instead. What happened next was unbelievable: out of spite and just to mock me, he served me a tiny, practically empty cup. It was an absolute joke.

I ended up leaving the coffee I had already paid for right on the counter and went to work without my morning coffee, all while the music in the shop was blasting like a nightclub at 8 in the morning. Complete lack of respect. Neither my girlfriend nor I will ever step foot in a Syra Coffee again. It is unacceptable to have someone with that awful attitude working face-to-face with the public.

The baristas at Syra Coffee - Poble Sec are great! They converted me into loving Syra coffee. I love the El Tacaná Beans Syra sells at the moment. The notes are exactly what I love for my cappuccinos. I bought 2 kg in a month and a half! I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the delivery is too! 10/10 experience❤️

Great coffee and great service. Since we moves to Spain, this is out go-to place for coffee beans.

I’m just writing to say that Syra has decided to change the system of prepaid coffee and suddenly they don’t take the prepaid cards and they don’t offer to trade them for the new system.
More over, when I ask for the hoja de reclamaciones, they say they don’t know what it is. I have decided not to denounce to the OCU but they should train better their employees

You cannot even use the gift cards in physical stores.. waste of money if you ask me. Fix this!

Good quality coffee beans, excellent order and delivery experience.

I popped in by Plaza del Ayuntamiento in Valencia and Alex served me probably the best cappuccino I´ve ever tried. Simply perfect. Also the triple chocolate cookie was delicious.

I have been a customer of Syra Coffee for a long time (years) I have never had a bad experience or cause to complain, The coffees are wonderful. If William Shakespeare was a customer he would I am sure wrote endless Sonnets in their praise.,,,, in fact.....

I always had a very good cofee at Syra, and the service is fine, today though I enter the empty shop and I place my bike inside to grab a cofee and rush away. A homeless man comes inside and I move the bike for him to pass better, he asks the barista a cup of water and sugar for his coffee, he get his free items immediately, and going away he starts saying that my bike is “basura” (garbage) and he repeats it with an offensive tone few times, I don’t respond, and he verbally assaults me saying“vaffanculo”(go f*** yourself in the ass”).I’m speechless and I stay in silence to avoid dealing with possible dangerous escalation, but the barista doesn’t say anything!? I’m a paying client and I wouldn’t go back in that precise store if those behaviors from homeless, high in drugs or alcohol individuals are accepted to offend clients and are given free drinks and items. Not ok.

Very happy about the beans quality, the experience in the shops and also how fast they deliver when paying online. Very happy about the KG options too.
