Great service, the team in swiss watch club were excellent with me, answered all my questions clearly and in depth, they were all very respectful and helpful towards me. Done a great service on my watch for a great price! DONT BUY HERE
Bought a Rolex and went to resell it in London a few months later only to find out the watch was unsellable due to 2 unfixable defects on the dial that were never pointed out to me in full detail , I asked for a refund and was told store credit only, the watch he then got me for the store credit amount was again not what I asked for and I am still waiting 3 months later for this to be resolved, please do not buy from here ever !

The watch you purchased had a minor dial defect, which can sometimes occur with vintage pieces and was bought as such. However, we agreed to take it back for store credit. We worked with you to exchange it for the exact model you requested, which when picked up in August, we understood to be satisfactory. The only remaining item is the Cartier strap, which is delayed due to Cartier’s holiday closures in August—a timeline we had communicated upfront.
We have gone above and beyond to accommodate your requests when we are not obliged to do so, so it’s disappointing to see this review, especially after you mentioned using your social media platform to damage our reputation. We remain committed to completing the final step of this transaction and ask for your continued patience as we await the strap.

Rude owner, dishonest prices
Rude owner. Always trying to undercut sellers and suddenly has an arrogant attitude when negotiating. Not recommended unless you’re looking to get screwed. He’ll try to convince you that your watch has little to no value so that he can undercut you and then probably resell it at a highly inflated price. He tried to make me believe that Cartier and AP watches lose more than 50% of their value upon resale. Not everyone is a brainless idiot, I suggest you revisit your bedside manner.

Fantastic customer experience
