What would I do without Sweet Freedom? I’ve been with this company from get-go & why - I’m diabetic & sometimes I need that sugar fix without the spiking & these products just fix my cravings. I love them all but as of late I’m into the hazelnut choc spread. Absolutely delicious, when spread on some brown seeded sourdough bread from Gail’s. Who needs cake or biscuits when you have this healthier option. I am an avid valued customer. Secured ordering & a very quick service. I highly recommend. Thanks to all. ☯️

Very disappointed with this company
UPDATE - I still don't know what happened to my order but a refund was received from Sweet Freedom within a couple of days of my review and their reply.
I placed an order on 19 January. I had an email telling me my order was dispatched on 20 January using the Royal Mail 48 hour service but I still haven't received it. I sent an email on 29 January asking them to look into this but I've heard nothing. I will now be requesting a refund from PayPal.

After investigating, we found that your initial email unfortunately went into our spam folder due to increased security filtering, which meant it wasn’t picked up as quickly as it should have been. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given the delivery delay, and we’re very sorry for the lack of response.
To resolve this, we’ve now issued a full refund for your order, which has been returned to your original payment method.
We take feedback like this very seriously and have already reviewed our processes to reduce the chance of this happening again. While this situation was a service issue rather than a product one, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to put things right.

Ordered on 10th November, still waiting for delivery on 3rd
December and so disappointed with delivery schedule and lack of updates. Unable to comment on product as survey is premature.

Hi Morag we are really sorry you have had issues as soon as you made us aware of this today we have contacted our courier to establish the status, who have advised us that the parcel has been mislaid. We do advise all customers to contact us after the std delivery of between 3-5 days so we can establish if there are any difficulties. Although the issues were caused by our courier we expect all our customers to receive great service so have issued a full refund and a discount code as an apology. Apologies again

I usually buy from Amazon , but lately they been cheeper with discount being offered to buy from sweet feedom .
Plus the bottles come cleaner from SF than Amazon always sticky .
So please carry on Sweet freedom offering discounts .

It is with great dismay that I cannot…
It is with great dismay that I cannot give you the usual 5 stars. I didn't recieve my parcel even though I was told that it had been delivered. I emailed customer service to get the answer that you got in touch with the courrier who had said he had delivered it. This upset me as I had explained that there was somebody in the whole day and evening.
It took for me to reach out a few days later to be conveniently told that the courrier had said that it was lost. I recieved an apology and recieved my goods the very next day.

Hi Lesley we are sorry that you feel disappointed but we have to wait for our couriers to confirm. Unfortunately you contacted us on a Friday night at 9pm so the only method available is our system and this was showing delivered. Our couriers don’t work weekends so we had to wait for the Monday from our couriers as sometimes we find they have left in a place at the location.we were still waiting for this evidence when you contacted us for the second time. We never doubt our customers it is just a process we go through as 9 out of 10 times we find the parcel at or around the location. On this occasion there was no photograph therefore we resent the parcel immediately. It is disappointing that you have had to leave this review as we pride ourselves on our customer service and we have been let down by our courier on this occasion.
