I got scammed by their sales people. I was misled about:
1. Cancelation policy of current provider
2. Quality of equipment for my needs compared to competitors
3. I was not aware there is going to be credit loan
4. I was blatantly lied to about total cost of the service
Strongly advise that you stay away from them, their only goal is to scam you in and then they cant do anything to fix it because 14 days cancelation period passes (you do not get all the invoices in that period).

We operate with an ownership model, financed through installment plans with our financing partner, with whom you signed an agreement. To enter into a payment plan through a provider such as Svea, two signatures are required from the customer. When you have paid for the alarm system, you only pay for the alarm service. This means it is an investment, and in the long run, you save money compared to renting an alarm system.

4G LTE upgrade of an exisiting alarm system
The technician nicklas was kind and knowledgeable to qucikly complete the 4G LTE update. It actually more took time to clarify the contract details than to do the alarm update which was mainly due to the non transparent and unclear communcation from the sales team (i don't wan to mention the name) who kept pushing for the new alarm system which is natural as it a new business for them. One feedback to sales and customer support team is that you should also respect and value existing customers .

They have been charging me for an alarm…
They have been charging me for an alarm service with a system that is outdated and is not connected to a central alarm as written in the contract I have with them. No notification to me as a customer that the alarm system is not connected to a central alarm anymore. The right thing to do is to refund the customer for the months that a non existent service was charged for!!!! Liars!
Nobody has contacted me and several times your colleagues have written they won’t cancel the charges so it’s definitely not a misunderstanding it’s a company of fake services that lies to customers. Nobody should hire you for alarm services!! If nobody reaches out in the next two days I will go ahead and submit an ARN.
Update: it is not true that you have offered to replace the system free of charge. This you have offered after several back and forth emails. You deny the fact that you charged for a service not provided, something illegal in Sweden. I will take legal action if you don’t refund me the money for the 4 months you charged for a nonexistent service and if you don’t cancel the notice period invoices that you want to charge.

You have a transformer that needs to be replaced for the alarm system to function properly. We offer to do this on-site, free of charge, but you declined the service and instead chose to cancel your subscription.
When cancelling your services, a 3-month notice period applies. In your case, this amounts to a remaining balance of 525 SEK that needs to be paid.
Everything is documented, but if there has been any misunderstanding, you are very welcome to contact our support team at info@SvenskaAlarm.se.
