The quality of the product. Not a lot of additional ingredients.
The delivery was fast.

All of the products I have ordered are first rate. They are in glass bottles, as opposed to plastic which every supplement company should do and their packaging is minor, but excellent. No product has ever arrived broken.

The first time I ordered it was to respect a prescription I had from my doctor in August 2025. And I am really glad he made me discover Sunday Natural as a new provider.
I knew pretty good ones but I am so happy about the quality level of the SN products that I am gradually replacing them by SN. I also very much appreciate the numerous information we have about each product (i.e products origin, tests results, how to use it properly, True Clean Label and so on…)

Horrible company. Scamming the customers.
They pretend to be a UK company by having a website ending with co.uk prices in GBP, but in fact they are based abroad.
The use of AI as customer service is frustrating and patronising.
They falsely promise short delivery.

After some initial problems, the company responded properly to solve them

Do not order from SUNDAY.FR if you are in Belgium. Since they changed from DHL to PostNL deliveries have been a nightmare.
For some reason we have been so stupid to try again and we did not get our delivery although we received a message stating that the parcel had been delivered. The customer service is just non existent, no useful answer. I have already written twice giving the order number 6001151024...

First purchase, not the last. Very good experience, I am testing their products and everything looks great at the date. Nice and strong delivery, very clean, quick. Feeling the quality directly after the unpacking. Nice company. To be followed.

I regularly buy different vitamins on Sunday Natural and I often recommend it to people.
I appreciate the diversity, the quality of products and the reasonable prices.

Quality is very good, shipment and order dispatching as well as the packaging have improved. I hope they will improve their communication capabilities too.

This is exactly what your Customer Service email said to me, despite my having given the Order number and details. I have since sent a pdf of the original order and your acknowlegment, but somehow still, you cannot locate my order ...?

So seems like two parts of the company don't speak to each other and don't update your internal systems.

I have been told that I have received a refund, which I will of course check.

I don't understand why you are not more efficient.

Using the Protein 12K daily, very nice, easy to mix, superb quality. You will feel the difference in your body, high assimilation. Recommended !

The way your website asking the address is quite misleading.
I have sent an email and contact through messenger to correct my address. So far no reply.
If you send the parcel to the address that in the oder format is quite misleading. so please have a look at the email/messenger to arrange the correct way.
