They took the money and then claimed to be out of stock for several weeks. I offered an alternative but couldn't give a shipping date after multiple promises. Still awaiting a refund! Do not fall for the marketing and eco-friendly credentials of this company they can not deliver any product.
A terrible experience. I was sent a faulty broken lid so my Subpod would not close. I had read that this was a problem the company was having, but they promised they were addressing it. Months later they still have not sent me a new lid though they keep promising to do so. They also promised to refund me for all the trouble because I cannot use this item, but no refund has come. I am starting to wonder if there is some fraudulent behavior with the company. Such a shame I really believed in garden composting and wanted to support it.
